RV Rental Classifications

Daily Rate: $179-$225/night
Weekly Rate: $1190-$1496/wk 
Minimum: 3 night rental/4 night Holiday minimum

MILEAGE:
Daily 100 free miles
Weekly 800 free miles

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Mileage: .45/mile
Generator: $4.50/hr
Prep Fee: $85.00
Propane Fee (If not returned full): 1/4 tank $20.00
Gas (If not returned full): $5.25/gal.
Black/Grey Water Dumping (If not emptied): $50.00
Bike rack rental: $10/day or $70/wk with Motorhome rental

NO SMOKING OF ANY SORT allowed in our units.  A minimum of $250 will be charged for cleaning.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 25% of the rental or $350.00, whichever is greater, is required at the time of the reservation. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee. Full reservation amount is due at time of pick up.  If reservation is canceled 21 days prior to beginning date of rental, less $50 will be refunded on reservation amount. Reservation deposit canceled after this time period will not be refunded. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$1000 security deposit at time of pick up with a major credit card.

PET FEE:
$25 per dog per rental period. Dogs are accepted with prior approval. No cats. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT fee will be returned within 7 business days less any outstanding charges, damages, and cleaning fees.

In the event that a renter is found not to be acceptable to Durango RV Rental, or the insurance carrier, all deposits will be refunded less $50.00 and any amount required for the application by the insurance carrier. Durango RV Rental reserves the right to cancel a rental reservation at any time for any reason.

Minimum: 3 Nights/4 nights during holidays

Prep Fee: $50.00 (Full propane tank included in prep fee)
Black/Grey Water Dumping (if not emptied): $50.00
If R-Pod not returned clean: $150.00

Kitchen set for 4: $35 - Plates, bowls, silverware, knives, cups, mugs, pots and pans

Generator: $25/day or $165/wk with R-Pod rental
Solar Panel Rental: $10/day or $60/wk with R-Pod rental
Bike rack rental: $50 fee with R-Pod rental

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 
A deposit of $350.00 is required at the time of the reservation, $50 non-refundable application fee. If reservation is cancelled 21 days prior to beginning date of rental, $300 will be refunded. Reservation deposit cancelled after this time period will not be refunded.

$1000.00 due at time of rental pick up with a major credit card.

SECURITY DEPOSIT AND PET DEPOSIT fees will be returned within 5 business days less any outstanding charges, damages, and cleaning fees. If any unit is found damaged, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees based on the amount of damage. PLEASE review the contract before arriving to pick up your travel trailer.
