Daily Rate: $275/night

Weekly Rate: $1829/wk (5% discount)

Minimum: 3 night rental/4 night Holidays 

Mileage: 100 free miles/day; 800 free miles/wk 

Mileage: .65/mile

Prep Fee: $99

Propane Fee (if not returned full): $35 service charge +$5/gal.

Generator: No onboard generator; Honda generator rental rate $25/day

Gas (if not returned full): $35 service charge +$5/gal.

Black/Grey Water Dumping: $50

Cleaning Fee (if not returned in same condition): $45/hr

Pet Fee: $50/dog (with approval, no cats)

Bike Rack Rental: $60 flat rate

Reservation deposit: $500 is required at time of reservation. There is a $50 non-refundable admin fee. Full reservation amount due 7 days prior to pick up. If reservation is canceled 21 days prior to beginning date of rental, $450 will be refunded. Reservation canceled between 14-21 days will lose $50 admin fee + 1/2 the remaining deposit.  No refunds after 14 days.

Security Deposit: $1000 deposit required one day prior to rental with a major credit card. Security deposit returned within 7 business days of last rental day, minus any damages.

In the event that a renter is found not to be acceptable to Durango RV Rental, or the insurance carrier, all deposits will be refunded less $50 admin fee. Durango RV Rental reserves the right to cancel a rental reservation at any time for any reason.
