ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Mileage: .45/mile
Generator: $4.50/hr
Prep Fee: $85.00
Propane Fee (If not returned full): 1/4 tank $20.00
Gas (If not returned full): $5.25/gal.
Black/Grey Water Dumping (If not emptied): $50.00
Bike rack rental: $10/day or $70/wk with Motorhome rental
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A reservation deposit of $500.00 is required for Class B/C at the time of the reservation of which $50 is a non-refundable Admin fee. Full reservation is due 7 days prior to rental departure. If reservation is canceled 21 days prior to beginning date of rental, $450 will be refunded. Reservation deposit canceled 14-21 days after this time period, $250 will be refunded. After 14 days, no refund.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$1000 security deposit at time of pick up with a major credit card.
PET FEE:
$50 per dog/Rental period. Dogs are accepted with prior approval. No cats.
SECURITY DEPOSIT fee will be returned within 7 business days less any outstanding charges, damages, and cleaning fees.
In the event that a renter is found not to be acceptable to Durango RV Rental, or the insurance carrier, all deposits will be refunded less $50.00 and any amount required for the application by the insurance carrier. Durango RV Rental reserves the right to cancel a rental reservation at any time for any reason.

NO SMOKING OF ANY SORT allowed in our units. MINIMUM FEE of $250 WILL BE CHARGED!
ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL RENTALS:
Kitchen set for 4: $50 - Plates, bowls, silverware, knives, cups, mugs, pots and pans
Queen sheet sets with 2 pillows, 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash rags: $50
Generator: $25/day or $165/wk with Alto or R-Pod rental
Solar Panel Rental: $10/day or $60/wk with R-Pod rental
Bike rack rental: $75 fee with Alto or R-Pod rental
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $350.00, or 25% of rental amount, is required at the time of the reservation. $50 non-refundable application fee. If reservation is cancelled 21 days prior to beginning date of rental, $300 will be refunded. Reservation deposit cancelled after this time period will not be refunded.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$1000.00 due at time of rental pick up with a major credit card.
PET FEE:
Additional $50 per dog per rental. Dogs are accepted with prior approval. No cats.
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND PET DEPOSIT fees will be returned within 7 business days less any outstanding charges, damages, and cleaning fees. If any unit is found damaged, we reserve the right to charge administrative fees based on the amount of damage. PLEASE review the contract before arriving to pick up your travel trailer.
